Soap star to ‘Live’ the dream

Former ABC soap opera star Erika Slezak, who won six Daytime Emmys, is selling her historic apartment at 50 W. 67th St. for $1.82 million. Slezak played Victoria Lord since 1971 on “One Life To Live” until it ended in 2012. She is now back to playing Victoria this year, in an online revival of the show.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op is in the Musician’s Building, a brick and terracotta structure that is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, as part of the West 67th Street Artists’ Colony Historic District, a group of early-20th-century buildings created and financed for artists.

The prewar apartment includes a woodburning fireplace; a large living room with built-in bookcases; a renovated, windowed, eat-in kitchen with a wine refrigerator and an all–in-one washer/dryer.
The listing brokers are Wendy Sarasohn and Jamie Joseph of the Corcoran Group.
