Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart are far from the “Twilight” of their young careers.
The red-hot stars of “The Twilight Saga: New Moon,” the latest chapter of the werewolf and vampire film franchise, were greeted by more than 3,000 adoring fans at Mann’s Village Theater, and other theaters in West Los Angeles. The movie opens at midnight Friday.
After the premiere, the stars and some invited fans walked over to the nearby Hammer Museum for a postflick party that was catered, poetically enough, by Wolfgang Puck.
Lautner, who plays a werewolf at odds with rival vampires, has been living large in recent weeks — making headlines with his budding romance with country megastar Taylor Swift.
