Say what you will about Justin Bieber, but the kid’s hair owns Hollywood right now. If you’re a dreamy male hunk or an awkward pre-pubescent hunk-in-training, chances are you’re rocking that sideswiped bowl cut known simply as The Bieber.
Bieber can sing, but it’s the ’do — part Beatles, part “High School Musical” — that keeps America coming back for more. But Bieber’s got competition from other mop-topped moppets. It’s the hair battle to end all hair battles.
