ISLAND FEVER; ‘SURVIVOR’ BACK FOR MORE BETRAYALS

HERE they are – your “Survivor: Vanuatu” contestants.

This ninth edition of the popular CBS reality show includes the usual “Survivor”-type good guys and villains – from an FBI agent to a military drill sergeant to a sheep farmer named Dolly (!).

There’s even an amputee – 35-year-old Chad Crittenden, a teacher from Oakland, Calif. (shades of the first “Big Brother” winner, Eddie).

This time around, the two tribes are called “Yasur” and “Lopevi” and, once again, it’s the men vs. the women (as it was in “Survivor: The Amazon,” the sixth installment in the series).

“Survivor: Vanuatu” also returns once again to the South Pacific, unfolding on an island located in a region comprised of 80 islands, many with volcanoes.

Among the contestants are a finance manager from nearby Tom’s River, N.J. (Mia Galeotalanza) – the only contestant who hails from the tri-state area.

There is, however, a pre-law student from upstate Syracuse (Eliza Orlins) and a sheep farmer, the aforementioned Dolly Neely, who hails from Mercer, Pa.

The show is set to premiere Sept. 16.
