The pair checked out a home at 466 Further Lane just on the border of Amagansett and East Hampton. Last summer, they rented Joe Farrell’s Sandcastle home, which, as we reported, is no longer on the market.
The stunning home on Further Lane does not give a price — asking potential buyers to call — and the listing broker, Corcoran’s Susan Breitenbach, did not get back to us, but, we hear, the price is around $25 million.
The four-bedroom, 5½-bathroom, two-story home is 6,500 square feet sitting on 2-plus acres and was built in 2012. South of the highway, it includes a heated pool and room for a tennis court.
The compound has four “outbuildings,” according to the listing, including a pool house, three-car garage and gym. There’s also an apple orchard, stone paths and gardens. There’s lots of outdoor entertaining space — pergolas, fireplaces and covered porches. Inside, there’s antique wide plank dark floors, vaulted ceilings and custom doors.
