The hospital takes part in a nationwide civil defense drill, and the heightened atmosphere escalates conflicts among the staff. A former study participant reveals she’s pregnant and wants to know the identity of the father. Masters (Michael Sheen) and Johnson (Lizzy Caplan, right) butt heads on whether to take responsibility. Haas (Nicholas D’Agosto) learns he’s been denied a future job at the hospital and assumes his breakup with Vivian is to blame. Margaret Scully (Allison Janney) seeks answers about her husband’s sexuality from an unlikely source.

Walk up to ‘Downtown’

Everyone’s a fan of “Downton Abbey,” including Susan Sarandon (left) who takes time out her colorful life to host “Return to Downton Abbey.” The special reviews the first three seasons and previews from the upcoming season (hint: a character viewers love to hate leaves her employ). We also learn from creator Julian Fellowes that Lady Mary (Michelle Dockery) will control her late husband’s interest in the estate. Cast interviews include Dockery, Hugh Bonneville (Robert Grantham) and Laura Carmichael, set to break out as Lady Edith, who will finally have chance at happiness — but there’s a catch.
