CUSTOMS COP ‘PIMPS’ ON THE SIDE

A customs officer who moonlighted as a pimp was arrested after offering six prostitutes for a “bachelor party” that turned out to be an NYPD sting, police said yesterday.

Vice squad detectives busted Jamie Noel, 29, who worked at Newark’s Liberty Airport, after he allegedly delivered three women to a Queens hotel room and was paid $700 early Saturday.

He’d promised six prostitutes in a phone conversation with the undercover agent five days earlier, cops said.

He’s accused of running the ring with his brother, Kellon Noel, 28, and a cousin, Kasheem Jones, 32, who were also arrested. The three women also were taken into custody.

Cops said Jamie Noel had been wearing his gun when he met the undercover officer in a JFK-area hotel.
