JUDGE RIPS EX-PRINCIPAL’S UNDIE-WHELMING EXCUSE

A former Brooklyn assistant principal busted for dipping into thousands of dollars of school funds claimed her Victoria’s Secret shopping sprees were for the school’s fifth-graders, according to a new report.

That was among the “rich array of implausible excuses” offered by Litha Bryan, 39, for the disappearance of more than $7,000 earmarked for PS 147’s graduation and field-trip expenses, according to a city judge’s decision.

Bryan, whom the city’s Conflicts of Interest Board fined $7,500 yesterday, also bought a handbag and “intimate apparel” from Loehmann’s, the report says.

Bryan told investigators she was reimbursing herself for money she had spent on school supplies during the 2003-04 school year – but receipts didn’t back that claim.

Reached yesterday, Bryan, who didn’t attend her administrative hearing, sounded surprised. “We didn’t agree on anything. Wow,” said Bryan, who left the school system last year.
