Sandra Bullock’s hubby is pulling a Tiger Woods and reportedly checking himself into a sex rehab clinic in Arizona.
Ironically, the 40-year-old James will be spending time at the Sierra Tucson clinic — the same facility where the recent Oscar winner and actor Viggo Mortensen filmed the 2000 flick “28 Days.”
As Bullock weighs her next move, James is hoping that treatment will save his marriage, Us Weekly reported in its current issue.
“He loves Sandra,” a friend of the couple told Us Weekly.
To win her back, the friend said James “would do anything.”
The couple has been married since July 2005.

Two weeks ago, tattooed temptress Michelle McGee, a former stripper, revealed to In Touch magazine that she had been carrying on an affair with James, who has reportedly cheated on Bullock with three other women.
Bullock, 45, has since moved out of their home and is reportedly shopping around for a divorce lawyer.
Bullock, meanwhile, will be allowed to visit James at the Sierra Tucson rehab facility, according to Fox News.
“Family is invited to join their loved one, especially when it is time for Jesse to apologize for hurting anyone in his life,” a source familiar with the facility said.
“It is all part of a scheduled process, and often parents, spouses and even children attend on special days. If Sandra wanted to visit, she could. It is an emotional roller coaster and it is a shared experience with the other people in rehab with him. Strong bonds form among the patients.”
James reportedly entered the facility, which aids with sex addiction, alcohol abuse and other disorders, over the weekend and has already begun treatment.
“Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues,” his rep said in a statement. “He realized that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage.”
The source told Fox News that James will take part in classes and group sessions to share his feelings on his situation.
He will also be encouraged to examine and change his negative behavior.
Sierra Tucson is not cheap. If James stays for 30 days or more he can expect a large bill.
“He will probably be paying more than $20,000 for his treatment,” the source added. “If he commits himself to the program and faces the truth, he will be able to heal and move forward.”
Bullock won the Academy Award for best actress earlier this month for her role in the movie “The Blind Side.”
“It is no surprise that my work got better when I met you, because I never knew before what it felt like for someone to have my back,” she told James from the Golden Globe winner’s podium in January.
Accepting the Screen Actor’s Guild trophy a month later, she said: “You get dressed up in monkey suits, and you sit at a table with people you don’t know. I love you so much, and you’re really hot!.”
Oscar winners Hilary Swank, Halle Berry, Reese Witherspoon and Julia Roberts also split with their husbands or partners soon after being awarded the coveted gold statuette.
