Busted West Wing Twitter sniper Jofi Joseph has gone from the White House to the #doghouse.
The former Obama aide — who was fired for posting tweets calling government officials ugly, dumb and fat — went for a walk near his Alexandria, Va., home Thursday with a pooch who may be the only friend he has left in the DC area.
Joseph’s quiet doggie time was a big change from the firestorm that erupted earlier this week when it was revealed that he was the infamous tweeter @NatSecWonk.
Under that name, Joseph took nasty shots at famous Beltway figures — from Chelsea Clinton to John Kerry to Ari Fleischer.
“Was Huma Abedin wearing beer goggles the night she met Anthony Weiner?” he tweeted in one catty comment.
Joseph worked on arms-control issues for Obama’s National Security Council.
