Chick in

Texas-born Dixie Chicks lead singer Natalie Maines has taken the long way home to her new nest in New York City. Maines and her husband, former “Heroes” actor Adrian Pasdar, are buying a four-bedroom home at 525 W. 22nd St. for just more than $4.3 million.

The three-bathroom home, in the Spears Building condo conversion, was listed for $4.449 million and is a light-filled unit with lots of exposed brick and beamed ceilings.

Listing brokers Joshua Judge and Michael Quinn of Sotheby’s International Realty could not be reached for comment.

Maines and Pasdar, who met at the wedding of Dixie Chick Emily Erwin and got married in Las Vegas in 2000, have two children, 9-year-old Jackson Slade and 6-year-old Beckett Finn.

Maines made headlines in 2003 when she said she was ashamed that President George W. Bush was from Texas. Despite boycotts, the band stuck together and went on to release their “Taking the Long Way” album in 2006, which won five Grammy Awards.

NYC brokers are making news on camera, too.

Prudential Douglas Elliman chairman Howard Lorber is used to being in the spotlight, but he might have to start sharing it with his son, Michael. The younger Lorber will be getting some name recognition of his own, now that he’s set to star in Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing.” The reality show vows to film the Prudential Douglas Elliman broker and man-about-town’s every move — at work during the day and out around the city at night.

Meanwhile, Warburg Realty will be the newest addition to HGTV’s “Selling New York” when new episodes premiere in January. Five top Warburg brokers will join the cast of colorful characters from Core and Gumley Haft Kleier.

Beck the halls

Glenn Beck has moved up.

The feisty Fox News personality has settled into one of the city’s fanciest East Side buildings, where multiple condos are on the market for upwards of $3,000 per square foot and two-bedroom rentals can run more than $10,000.

Ironically, one of his new neighbors is a star at a rival network.

Mimi’s on the move

Now that Mimi Dalva is a widow, the grandmother of six has decided to put her 12-room maisonette at 320 E. 72nd St. on the market for $7.95 million.

The prewar duplex co-op includes six bedrooms, two fireplaces, a paneled library, a a solarium and a 1,350-square-foot landscaped garden.

Potential buyers might want to check out the furniture, too. Dalva’s husband, David, who died last year, was a partner in Dalva Brothers, which specializes in 18th-century French furniture and art.

Dede Gotthelf, a broker at Catcove who also owns the Southampton Inn, has the listing.
