A brazen teen thug dragged an elderly man out of an East Harlem shop by his neck, and snatched his chain in this disturbing video which police released tonight.
Surveillance camera footage captured the heist at the convenience store on Second Avenue, near East 122nd Street, around 12:20 p.m. on August 24.
The thief entered the shop and yanked his 70-year-old victim out of the store by his collar, then grabbed his chain before fleeing, cops said.
The man was not injured.
Cops describe the robbery suspect as between the ages of 16 and 19 and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, tan cargo shorts, a black and purple hat, and black sneakers.
