The Hamptons houses of Karan

She’s not one to be hemmed in.

Design doyenne Donna Karan has added a fourth beach manse to her East Hamptons playground — a dazzling compound now worth more than $20 million, The Post has learned.

Her latest purchase, for $3.775 million and listed by Sotheby’s broker Billy O’Neil, is a stunner at 52 Hedges Banks Drive.

Last owned by South American socialites Raul and Laura Fernandez, it was built in 1980 by Columbia architecture prof Ulrich Franzen.

The ritzy retreat, purchased just before the summer season, is Karan’s fourth home on the block, and sits next to the sprawling home where her daughter, Gabby Karan De Felice, resides.

The compound also includes 48 Hedges Banks Drive, valued at $2.4 million — nearly twice what it sold for 14 years ago.

There’s also 50 Hedges Banks Drive, a posh little bungalow that’s the smallest of the group, but hardly a poor relative, valued at $2 million.

Daughter Gabby lives at 54 Hedges Banks Drive — the largest of the four, and estimated to be worth more than $6 million.
