NJ fashionista left behind ‘grudge list’ before jumping to her death from GWB: sources

A beautiful young fashionista jumped to her death from the George Washington Bridge last night — leaving behind a Louis Vuitton bag containing a “suicide diary” that included a list of five girls she did not want to attend her funeral, sources said.

Ashley A. Riggitano, 22, placed her handbag on a walkway at around 4:40 p.m. before leaping from a point midway in the Jersey-bound lanes of the upper level, authorities said.

Several witnesses, including riders on a jitney bus, watched in horror as she plunged into the Hudson River.

PARTNER BLASTS NJ FASHIONISTA IN FACEBOOK RANT ON SAME DAY SHE JUMPED TO DEATH OFF GWB: REPORT

Her body was pulled out by the harbor patrol shortly after she jumped.

In the designer bag were pages of handwritten notes that described Riggitano’s torment and that singled out the five people.

“All my other ‘friends’ are in it for gossip,” she wrote. “Never there.”

She also directed her rage at a man who she said hadn’t treated her well. That person was invited to the funeral, but Ashley wrote she hopes he “gets what he deserves” when he gets there.

The stunning young woman — who killed herself on her 22nd birthday — worked as an intern for the New York-based jewelry and fashion designer Alex Woo.

Her family, reached at home in Paramus, NJ, would not comment on the tragic incident.

The uninvited parties appear to be friends from college or work. According to the notes, it appears Riggitano was bullied by her fashion friends.

She reportedly had a history of problems and tried to commit suicide at least once before.

Medication, including Adderall and Klonopin, was found in her bag, according to sources.

The budding designer graduated from Laboratory Institute of Merchandising in Manhattan this year.

She had interned at some high-profile fashion companies including Tommy Hilfiger and Nicole Miller, according to her LinkedIn profile.

She started her own business, called Missfits, where she designed and sold her own bracelets.

“We are two Jersey girls who grew up one poof of Tinkerbell’s fairy dust from culturally rich NYC,” the Missfits Web site reads.

“And although we hail from the Garden State, it is Manhattan that we will always call home.”

The site also describes the “anguish at having to spend so much time on the Jersey side of the Hudson.”

The site further says, “Solid friends (the kind who won’t stick you in a cab just because they found a self-made millionaire under the age of 26 to hit on) are as rare as amazing jewelry.”

In 2010, Rutgers student Tyler Clementi jumped from the George Washington Bridge after a roommate secretly taped him in his dorm room with another male student.

The roommate, Dharun Ravi, was convicted on counts of invasion of privacy related to the tragic incident.

Many have thought that Ravi had shamed Clementi by outing him as homosexual.

Clementi’s suicide sparked a national conversation about bullying and suicide.

It was not clear last night whether the five women were aware that they had been scorned by their colleague.

According to the notes, it was not clear whether their offenses were real or whether Riggitano’s mental state drove her over the edge.

Riggitano posted a bracelet on her Web site as late as Monday.

The product was something described as a “latest obsession” — a friendship bracelet.
