Dolan: O plan still bitter Pill

WASHINGTON — Timothy Cardinal Dolan yesterday nixed the White House’s latest contraception-coverage plan.

Ministries may still be “forced to fund and facilitate such morally illicit activities,” Dolan said in a statement.
