Jay-Z’s got 99 problems — and he rapped about every one of them yesterday in a rambling, mysterious radio rant that blasted an unidentified “dweeb” who failed to show him enough respect.

“Would’ve brought the Nets to Brooklyn for free/Except I made millions off it, you f–kin’ dweeb,” the 17-time Grammy winner snarled about the Barclays Center in the middle of the hastily produced song, “Open Letter,” which was released on Hot 97.

Nets fans and other critics have recently poked fun at his meager 1/15 of 1 percent investment in the recently relocated franchise.

The NBA is forcing him to sell his Nets stake after he launched a sports-representation agency, which has already inked Yankees star Robinson Cano and Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz.

Jay-Z, 43, bragged about the share of the Barclays Center that he controls, crooning “I still own the building, I’m still keeping my seat/Y’all buy that bulls–t, you’d better keep y’all receipt.”

He’s so mad, the multimillionaire business mogul inexplicably threatened in one verse to “flood the streets” with illegal drugs “out of spite.”

“Hear the freedom in my speech,” he rapped.

The reason behind the rhymes remained unclear, as did the identity of the “f–kin’ dweeb” that was the focus of his wrath.

The Nets declined to comment.

Jay-Z also laid into critics of his recent trip to Cuba with wife, Beyoncé, while giving a shout-out to his pal, President Obama.

“Boy from the ’hood but got White House clearance/Sorry y’all, I don’t agree with y’all appearance,” he rapped.

“Obama said, ‘Chill, you gonna get me impeached’/But you don’t need this s–t anyway/ Chill with me on the beach.”

The White House denied Obama and the rapper spoke, and insisted the trip was cleared by the Treasury Department.

“I guess nothing rhymes with treasury. It’s a song. The president did not communicate with Jay-Z,” spokesman Jay Carney said.
