Cops cuff ‘subway robber’

Cops have made an arrest in connection with a string of subway robberies in Manhattan and Brooklyn, authorities say.

Eric Gay, 43, of Brooklyn Heights, was charged with three counts of robbery after police investigated surveillance video of one of the incidents and identifying him as the culprit, police said.

Cops say Gay intimidated his victims on subway platforms by claiming he had a firearm with a silencer.

On Monday, authorities say Gay robbed a 15-year-old teen on the B/Q train platform at the DeKalb Avenue subway station.

A day later, Gay robbed two other victims in two separate incidents, one on a southbound F train at the West 4 Street and Sixth Avenue station and the other on a southbound D train as it left the DeKalb Avenue Subway Station, cops say.

Several other recent robberies bear a striking resemblance to Gay’s robbery pattern, and additional robbery charges are pending, authorities say.
