‘Pimp’ witness baited

In opening statements, he called the alleged victims happy “ho’s.”

A day later, the hard-charging defense lawyer in an XXX-rated Manhattan sex-trafficking case called the prosecution’s expert witness something similar.

“You’re being paid, right?” Howard Greenberg, lawyer for accused violent pimp Vincent George Sr., asked “trauma bonding” expert Chitra Raghavan yesterday.

Raghavan, a John Jay College of Criminal Justice professor, answered that she was.

“Much in the same way a young woman might be paid . . .,” Greenberg began.

“Objection!” shouted prosecutor John Temple.

“We’re not going there,” warned Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ruth Pickholz. “Well,” quipped Greenberg. “I’ve already gone there, judge.”

Testimony continues today.
