He throws like Tim Tebow!

President Obama went 0-for-5 yesterday trying to chuck a football through a tire at a Jersey Shore boardwalk arcade game called “Touchdown Fever.”

Even worse, he was shown up by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who nailed the football toss on his first attempt.

Obama looked impressed, and gave the Republican governor a high- five.

“That’s because he’s running for office,” quipped the president, noting that Christie is seeking re-election this fall.

Obama and Christie enjoyed the fun and games while inspecting the progress of the recovery efforts since Hurricane Sandy.

It was Obama’s first trip back to the Jersey Shore since October when he toured the devastation immediately following the storm.

Back then, Obama got a pre-election campaign boost when Christie, who was a top surrogate for Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, acted like his buddy on the tour and heaped praise on him for speeding federal aid to the state.

This time, Christie gave him a stuffed teddy bear.

After winning “Touchdown Fever,” Christie told his date to “pick out a prize.”

“We know how much he loves his Chicago Bears,” said Mark Malland, 47, who runs the game and helped select the prize.
