New York’s first lady has packed up and bolted from the Rome hotel room where actor James Gandolfini suffered his fatal heart attack.

Gov. Cuomo’s girlfriend, Sandra Lee — who checked into the room two days after “The Sopranos” star’s death — said through a spokeswoman she was scared off by all the attention.

“Sandra Lee has moved out of the hotel room previously occupied by James Gandolfini,” the spokeswoman said yesterday.

It was more than the room’s bad juju that sent her packing, she said.

“The European paparazzi has been overwhelming — with non-stop phone calls to the room. Reporters are pulling all sorts of trickery, trying to bribe hotel staff to get into the suite,” the spokeswoman said.

Lee now blames hotel for not better protecting her privacy, the spokeswoman said.

“Sandra is disappointed in the hotel staff and drivers for leaking information about her family vacation [and] that her room was the location of the sad event,” she said.

The weird hotel coincidence comes after the beloved Soprano’s star keeled over in room 449 of the Boscolo Exedra Roma hotel — an opulent $671-per night hotel with views of the Piazza Della Republica on Wednesday.

The star went into cardiac arrest after horsing down plates of fried shrimp and eight drinks, hotel sources said.

Lee, a famous cook, arrived at the hotel from France the next day with her sister and nieces but nobody told them the room was tainted, her niece told The Post.

Gandolfini was found by his teenage son in the bathroom at around 10 pm on Wednesday.

Lee now sends his family her condolences, her spokeswoman sai.d

“There are few words to accurately describe the loss his family is feeling, but Ms. Lee conveys her deepest sympathy to his loved ones,” she said.
