MARIETTA, Ga. — Former Mets pitcher Kris Benson yesterday got an emergency restraining order against gun-toting estranged wife Anna — and a judge stripped her of custody of their kids following the break-in that landed her in jail, authorities said.

The court action came as police released the 911 call that Kris, 38, made when Anna allegedly barged into his Smyrna, Ga., home, brandished a gun, demanded money and threatened to kill him.

A weeping Anna, 37, insisted to The Post that her famous husband set her up and that she went to his home only to “get my mail.”

As she cooled her heels in a county lockup yesterday, held without bail on felony assault charges, a rattled Kris headed for court.

Forsyth County Judge Jeffrey Bagley granted him an emergency restraining order against the former Penthouse Pet and also handed Kris full custody of their three minor kids and revoked Anna’s visitation rights, ESPN.com reported.

In the 911 call, Kris speaks quietly as he tells the dispatcher:

“My soon-to-be-ex wife has gotten into my house. She’s brandishing a gun . . . I’m downstairs in the basement.”

In a jailhouse phone call, Anna protested, “This was all premeditated, and he did this to set me up. I didn’t make any threats to him or call him any names. I went over there to get my mail.

“He told me I could come in the house,” she insisted. “I have a garage-door opener. The judge’s order never said that I couldn’t come in the house. It just said that I had to move out.”
