Tiger Woods is ready to shell out seven figures to keep a homewrecking mistress quiet — while a “renup” of his prenup could cost him tens of millions more, it emerged yesterday.
New York nightclub hostess Rachel Uchitel was just hours away from dishing about her alleged sexploits with the disgraced golf great when she abruptly clammed up, canceling a midday press conference after reportedly talking to Tiger’s reps.
Meanwhile, Woods was in negotiations with his stunning Swedish-model wife, Elin Nordegren, to up the stakes of their prenuptial agreement — replete with sports-contract-like incentives that would keep her standing by her man.

The astonishing unraveling of Tiger’s personal life also included these developments:
* Elin is reportedly being offered a “re-signing” bonus of $5 million to stay married to Tiger — about half of what A-Rod got when he reupped with the Yankees. She’d get $80 million to hang with him another seven years.
* Tiger’s boyhood pal Byron Bell bought a plane ticket for busty Uchitel to go to Australia last month to secretly spend time with Woods, TMZ.com reported.
* The plump-lipped Uchitel also boasted about meeting up with Tiger at the bachelor pad of Yankee captain Derek Jeter.
* A friend of another alleged Tiger birdie, Kalika Moquin, told The Post that while Moquin “wasn’t the hottest” girl in Vegas, “she did pretty well for herself.”
Life & Style reported she once bragged that Tiger was great in bed.
Reached by phone last night, Moquin declined to comment.

* The ex-boyfriend of another purported Woods girlfriend, Jaimee Grubbs, said Tiger once promised to leave his wife for her.
* An embarrassing Florida Highway Patrol report showed that Woods’ mom and mother-in-law were at his home for Thanksgiving, when Tiger had his SUV-wreck meltdown.
* After the wreck, neighbors found Woods, out cold and snoring, on the street outside his smashed Cadillac Escalade, police said.
* Golfer Jesper Parnevik, who introduced Tiger to Elin, told the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet yesterday, “I have lost all respect for him, primarily as a man and a father.
“It doesn’t even feel like it matters what he has done on the golf course. My respect for him as a person is gone.”
It was Parnevik’s second jab at his ex-pal in as many days.
Uchitel canceled her much-anticipated meeting with the news media after Team Tiger pounced into action late Wednesday — calling her camp to make a big-money offer to put a lid on the feared kiss-and-tell onslaught, according to the Web site RadarOnline.
Just hours before its scheduled late-morning start, a coy Gloria Allred — the savvy Tinseltown lawyer Uchitel hired as her mouthpiece — canceled the LA event with no explanation.
But she wouldn’t deny reports that Woods had made an offer to buy Uchitel’s silence. Uchitel reportedly kept a collection of intimate correspondences from the philandering Tiger.
Uchitel has boasted to pals about dating Jeter and other celebrities, including “Scrubs” star Zach Braff, “Bones” hunk David Boreanaz and actor Stephen Dorff.
Woods’ tightly guarded personal life began to implode last Friday morning when he crashed his SUV outside his Windermere, Fla., mansion, reportedly after a blow-out fight with Nordegren about his dalliances.
The golfer finally admitted Wednesday to “transgressions” that humiliated his family.
Woods, 33, who has not emerged from his mansion since returning from the hospital where his face was patched up, has been in bare-knuckle talks with Elin, 29, hammering out the final details of a revised prenup.
The Daily Beast Web site said the new pact would pay Elin an immediate $5 million bonus, and reported she’d collect $80 million if she stayed married for another seven years.
The original prenup reportedly provided Elin with $20 million for 10 years. They’ve been married for five, and have two kids.
Tiger’s gilded world began to show signs of tarnish last week, when the National Enquirer reported that Uchitel had hooked up with him earlier this year. She denied that to The Post and The Associated Press.
But before her on-the-record denials, Uchitel had claimed to have met Woods during a party at Jeter’s Trump World Plaza apartment, a source said.
“This girl has a real history of sleeping with rich, powerful and famous people, and more so than ever in the last year,” a friend said.
“Rachel has been talking about sleeping with Tiger to a lot of people.”
Ultimately, the friend said, Uchitel wants to bare all — in more ways than one.
“Rachel is going to end up going on Oprah, telling her story — and doing Playboy,” her pal said.
Grubbs, an LA cocktail waitress, sealed Woods’ PR coffin by releasing a voicemail from the frantic golfer. On it, he asks her to change her voicemail greeting because a fuming Nordegren had found her number and was about to call her.
Sadly for Woods and his wife, their marriage crisis out in front of their mothers.
Woods’ mom and mother-in-law, who had been visiting for Thanksgiving, were on hand to see the golf star make a wreck of his life and his SUV, witnesses said.
Two neighbors told investigators they found Woods snoring in the middle of the street after his SUV crashed.
