Bad Sein! Jerry in ‘park’ row

Jerry Seinfeld is the master of the parking domain!

The NYPD is investigating an allegation that the funnyman’s driver used an expired police placard to commandeer an illegal parking spot in front of a studio for Jerry’s new show, “The Marriage Ref.”

The driver, identified by sources as ex-Sgt. Timothy Gallagher, a retired narcotics cop, pulled a Kramer-like move by placing the placard in the car window Wednesday on West 57th Street between 10th and 11th avenues, a Seinfeld representative said.

Gallagher then helped Seinfeld inside to work on the NBC show.

A TV reporter spotted the car and asked Mayor Bloomberg yesterday why Seinfeld parks with a police placard.

“I have absolutely no idea,” the mayor said.

Cops said the placard belonged to a Bronx narcotics officer other than Gallagher who’s still on the force.

A rep said that Seinfeld had “no knowledge about this placard,” but that “his driver will not” be fired.
