Police have arrested a man in connection to an early morning subway shooting that left another man wounded.
Authorities responded to a call around 4 a.m. Sunday that a man had been shot at the Seventh Avenue and 53rd Street subway station. They found a 21-year-old man with a gunshot wound in the torso. He was hospitalized in stable condition.
Officers saw a man running down 53rd street and stopped him. He was found to have a gun in his possession.
