NY firm’s suit clothes-lines Pam

A Manhattan-based clothing company yesterday filed a lawsuit against former “Baywatch” babe Pam Anderson — claiming that she stole the name of the fashion collection she launched with celebrity designer Richie Rich.

Maggy London International says Anderson, currently kicking up her heels on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” ignored a demand that she rename her Muse clothing line after being told the name was trademarked in 2002.

Instead, the busty blonde and the former club kid whose real name is Richard Eichhorn sponsored recent fashion shows in New York and Miami with some designs labeled A*Muse — “a disingenuous effort to disguise their infringing activities,” the lawsuit charges.

The Manhattan federal court suit seeks an order barring the duo from using any “colorable imitation” of the trademark and forcing them to cough up all profits and remaining clothing, for “impoundment or destruction.”

Exhibits attached to the court filing include Internet screen shots of Anderson displaying her ample assets in skimpy swimwear from her line of “animal friendly and 100% organic styles.”

Anderson’s rep did not return requests for comment.
