As a proud graduate of Brooklyn Law School, I can’t fathom why the Diesel fashion label would want to do a photo shoot in a law library (“Law and Dis-Order,” Nov. 13).
As far as these photos being seen as possibly depicting what happens at law school, maybe Diesel misunderstands the term “the law is a jealous mistress” and thinks this means frolicking in the law library.
Law students know that this actually means hard work and intensive study.
The law school has nothing to be ashamed about. It has produced well-trained law graduates throughout the years. The school was simply duped.
Diesel should issue an apology and remove the photos from its Web site.
