Berry nice

Stunning Halle Berry might be adding some high-powered female charm and beauty to the testosterone-charged Park Imperial building at 230 W. 56th St.

That’s the building that Sean “Diddy” Combs, Deepak Chopra and Christopher Meloni of “Law & Order” all call home — not to mention it’s where Daniel Craig once rented for around $38,000 a month. (Other residents have included real estate maven Michael Hirtenstein and party boy T
aek Jho Low.)

Berry, single after breaking up with model Gabriel Aubry, has had a broker inquire about units in the $4 million range, even those that aren’t actually on the market. One high-floor condo she might have her eye on is a three-bedroom with stunning views of Central Park from every room.

The Park Imperial is also where fugitive tech mogul Jacob “Kobi” Alexander, on the lam for the past four years, is trying to rent his 64th-floor pad for $120,000 a month — after buying it for $8.56 million in 2001. Last week, Alexander paid $54 million to settle civil fraud charges related to backdating stock options. He still faces criminal charges for skipping out on bail and is currently fighting extradition from Namibia to the United States.

Chopping Trees

The price of the 115-acre Two Trees Farm estate in Bridgehampton just received a whopping price chop. Once listed for an astounding $95 million, the property is now on the market for $55 million, which includes development rights. Or, for those looking to spend a bit less, 73 acres can be purchased without development rights for $20 million. That includes a renovated 17th-century farmhouse (about 4,000 square feet), a caretaker’s home, a pool, a tennis court and an equestrian facility with stalls for 100 horses.

The historic farm, owned by David Walentas, the father of DUMBO, is currently the site of the annual Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge. Walentas bought the estate for $2 million in 1993. Corcoran Group broker Tim Davis has the listing. We hear that two finance hotshots from the city have already asked to see the newly priced property.

Five-family house

Leave the gun, take the cannoli — and this Staten Island house.

Who can forget the wedding scene in “The Godfather,” in which the big iron gates opened onto a large estate? It turns out the gates were manufactured for the film, but the house was not. Now that English Tudor home is up for sale, with a $2.9 million asking price. The eight-bedroom home has two fireplaces, an “English pub” in the basement, a four-car garage and an in-ground pool. Connie Profaci of Connie Profaci Realty has the listing.

Marc up

He wanted to be a race-car driver. Happily for foodies, Marc Murphy became a successful chef instead, with his empire of Landmarc and Ditch Plains eateries.

And now Murphy, whom NYP Home profiled in his 5,000-square-foot TriBeCa loft in 2007, is looking to upgrade his personal real estate. He’s recently paid several visits, with wife Pamela Schein Murphy, to trophy apartments in the new 535 West End Ave. condo building.

While a six-bedroom, 6,637-square-foot, $18.9 million unit on the 19th floor that he saw multiple times is now in contract with a mystery foreign family, a five-bedroom, 4,396-square-foot, fifth-floor unit he visited is still on the market for $9.9 million.

Gumley Haft Kleier’s Michele Kleier, whose firm has the $18.9 million listing, did not return calls. Nor did Brown Harris Stevens brokers Lisa Lippman and Scott Moore, who rep the $9.9 million unit.

Gateway digs

The buyer of Elie and Rory Tahari’s 141 Prince St. triplex is Ted Waitt, the billionaire founder of computer maker Gateway. He paid $27.5 million in a brokerless deal after a bidding war — the unofficial asking price was around $22 million. The Taharis are now living separately, with Elie ensconced at 15 Central Park West while Rory is enjoying a laid-back Upper West Side townhouse.

We hear . . .

That on Monday, the real estate division of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation will hold its Empire Ball at the Grand Hyatt, while the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA) will have an auction at Sotheby’s, hosted by Tracy Reese, Geoffrey Zakarian and David Rockwell. . . . That Corcoran Group publicist Karli Kittine and her husband, Michael Ulaszek, are the proud parents of a new little girl, Kloe Romayne Ulaszek.
