City moves to give sex teacher the hook

They want to give her the heave-ho.

City officials have slapped hooker-turned-teacher Melissa Petro with “conduct unbecoming a teacher” charges after she openly blogged about her past as a stripper and prostitute, while employed at a Bronx school.

Officials will formally seek to oust Petro, 30, at a disciplinary hearing, according to a Department of Education spokeswoman.

The PS 70 teacher was suspended in September after The Post revealed she’d been boasting of being a former Craigslist call girl in blog postings.

Mayor Bloomberg personally ordered the tattooed teacher out of the classroom — and under new disciplinary rules was obligated to charge her within 60 days or else return her to class.

Petro earned tenure in September, although she has written that at least one administrator at PS 70 knew of her salacious postings.

Petro did not respond to an e-mail seeking comment.
