Mohamed Abrini, who is being tracked by both Belgian and French police, was seen driving a car before the Nov. 13 carnage with passenger Abdeslam – the most wanted man in Europe and the subject of a continent-wide manhunt.

Abrini, 30, was captured on surveillance footage at a highway gas station in Ressons, France, on Nov. 11, Beligum’s state prosecutor said in a statement.

Abrini was driving the Renault Clio car that was later used by the attackers in the French capital. He is suspected to be connected to the Paris attacks.

A police wanted poster described Abrini as “dangerous and probably armed.”

Authorities also charged another unidentified person with terrorism offenses in connection to the attacks, bringing the total number of people arrested and charged under the Belgian investigation to five.
