NYPD cops were questioning a 15-year-old Brooklyn girl Monday who allegedly confessed to killing her mom and the mother’s boyfriend — after the woman ignored her rape claims against the man.
Rosie Sanchez, 38, was found fatally shot once in the neck Sunday night in her bedroom in the family’s apartment at the Sheepshead Bay Houses, police said. Her lover, Anderson Nunez, 40, was discovered dead on the kitchen floor after being shot once in the back and stabbed once in the abdomen, sources said.
Police have the teen in custody and are questioning her in the killings, police sources said.
Cops also were looking for a 15-year-old boy she calls her “god-cousin” as a possible accomplice in the killings, the sources said.
The victims had been dead for as long as three days when they were found.
“It’s a mess in there,” a police source said after the bodies were found in the home, where shell casings littered the floor.
The daughter confessed to a relative that she killed the couple, sources said. She said her mother had refused to protect her against the abusive boyfriend, a source said.
After telling the relative about the rape and slayings, the family member went to the apartment and found the door ajar.The relative then quickly alerted housing police.
“I can’t believe this because they’re always happy,” said a neighbor, Any Moya.
The teen was being grilled at the 61st Precinct station house Monday morning.
