Nurse from ABC show sued for ‘trademark infringement’

A Manhattan registered nurse featured on the ABC hospital documentary series “NY Med” is being sued for allegedly using a company name and logo similar to that of a prominent city urologist.

The IV Doctor — a house call-making IV drip service founded by Dr. Elliot Nadelson at Beth Israel Medical Center — slapped Marina Dedivanovic and her start-up company, The IV Nurse, with a lawsuit in Manhattan federal court this week, accusing Dedivanovic of trademark infringement and deceptive business practices.

Dedivanovic told The Post she plans to fight the suit. A lawyer for The IV Doctor said the company filed the suit “to protect our brand.”
