Jonah Hill selling SoHo pad for $4M

Fresh from his “Wolf of Wall Street” success, Jonah Hill is scoping out a bigger apartment — and is selling his current abode at 27 Howard St., on the edge of SoHo, sources tell the Post.

Hill currently owns the second floor, 2000 square foot space, which is in a classic six story cast iron loft building that dates to 1915.

The two bedroom, two bathroom unit, which is currently configured as a giant one bedroom, is on the market for $3.79 million.

Hill bought the unit for $2.64 million — more than 6 percent above its $2.49 million asking price — in 2012 and stands to make a healthy profit from the sale.

The apartment comes with oversized windows and 13 foot ceilings overlooking Crosby Street. There’s also original hardwood floors, exposed brick, a chef’s kitchen and a fireplace.

Jared Seligman, of Douglas Elliman, has the listing and declined to comment.
