You’re a bad man, Charlie Brown!

The guy who, as a child, voiced the lovable-loser cartoon character threatened to kill a West Coast plastic surgeon because he didn’t like the new set of boobs the doc put on his ex-girlfriend, California prosecutors said yesterday at his arraignment.

Peter Robbins, 57, voiced Charlie Brown in classic “Peanuts” TV shows like the Christmas and “Great Pumpkin” specials for five years — and his mother even plied him with female hormones when he was 14 to keep the gig.

But not even $100 worth of 5-cent “psychiatric help” from Lucy Van Pelt can save him from his recent legal debacle.

Robbins — who has a dog he named Snoopy — left dozens of threatening handwritten screeds and voice messages for Dr. Lori Saltz, officials said.

“Dr. Saltz give me my f–king money Back! You are a hack job! You butchered my girl and then throw her to the curb in pain, crying! I will break you in half today an all the kings men won’t put you back together again!” Robbins wrote in a signed, handwritten note left on Saltz’s San Diego office door on Dec. 31, court papers claim.

The blockhead’s alleged threats against the doctor — who filed a restraining order against him — followed an ugly breakup that same day with girlfriend Shawna Kern, 33, who lives in Los Angeles.

She called police on Robbins, and told him she never wanted to see him again, records show.

No longer able to enjoy his little red-haired girl’s assets, Robbins wanted his money back — and left a note on Saltz’s door with his credit-card number, records show.

He also left Saltz a rambling message on her answering service, demanding that she bring him a $12,000 refund “at the Westin hotel lobby by midnight [or] I will kill you,” court papers say.

And in 50 voicemails left for his girlfriend, Robbins used language that Charlie Brown would never utter to Peppermint Patty.

“Bring me my dog immediately, You get $6,000 for a boob job. You can’t even feed yourself, can’t even feed your children. You’re an embarrassment to life,” he allegedly said.

Kern told police that Robbins recently purchased a .22-caliber handgun, but hadn’t picked it up as of Jan. 16, records show.

On Jan. 13, Robbins was arrested and released after he threatened to kill a cop who arrested him for skipping out on a La Jolla restaurant bill, the San Diego district attorney said.

He was busted again Sunday during a background check as he drove his Mercedes across the border from Mexico into California. He pleaded not guilty to 10 charges and was held in lieu of $550,000 bail.
