Ex-mistress of banana mogul guilty of lying to grand jury in three-way-sex coke death

The ex-mistress of a wealthy Long Island banana mogul was convicted yesterday of lying to a grand jury to cover up his alleged role in the death of a woman who overdosed on cocaine during a three-way sex romp in a swank Park Avenue hotel.

Nicole Zobkiw, 29, faces up to 20 years in prison at her June 3 sentencing.

Zobkiw contended that she was intimidated into changing her story about how Thomas Hoey Jr., a married father of two, supplied her and Kimberly Calo with “very potent” coke in his $700-a-night suite at The Kitano New York in 2009.

Zobkiw told cops that Hoey, 44, repeatedly refused to call 911 when Calo, 41, went into convulsions after snorting some of the drugs, but Zobkiw denied saying that when she was hauled in front of a grand jury investigating Hoey in April 2011.

Hoey hasn’t been charged.
