The World Bar, a favorite haunt of Yankee Derek Jeter and home to a $50 cocktail, has dragged landlord Donald Trump to court over its lease.
It pays $9,000 a month for its tenancy at Trump World Tower off Columbus Circle, according to a suit filed in Manhattan Civil Court.
The lease was to run through 2018, but it faces the boot for allegedly violating noise and safety rules.
