Kerry Washington’s $2.95M Harlem pad on the market

It’s hardly a scandal, but the Harlem townhouse where Emmy-nominated actress (and “SNL” hostess next month) Kerry Washington once lived with her ex-fiance, actor David Moscow, is now on the market for $2.95 million.

Washington, a Bronx-born Spence grad, lived in the brick home at 312 W. 115th St. from 2005 to 2007 with Moscow, best known for his role as the young Tom Hanks in “Big.”

Moscow still owns the 3,500-square-foot property.

Built around 1900, the four-story home has a restored facade and original details including fireplaces and stained-glass windows.

The townhouse is currently set up as four separate rentals, but it could be converted to an owner’s duplex with a garden and two rentals above. It also comes with expansion rights to create another floor or extension. And it’s just a block away from Morningside Park.

The listing brokers are Halstead’s Sarah Schissler and Isaac Halpern.
