Italian tourist jailed after failing to pay steakhouse bill antes up in court

Italian tourist Graziano Graziussi — who spent a night in jail last week after he forgot his wallet and couldn’t pay his $208 Smith & Wollensky dinner bill — forked over the tab yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

“It’s done, of course, I’m happy,” he said after paying $219.21 in restitution and surcharges.

“I will think about it,” the Naples-based lawyer said, when asked if he’d ever eat another steak at the renowned Third Avenue meat mecca.

The judge said the theft-of-services rap would be dismissed if Graziussi is not rearrested for six months.
