Wall St. bonus skimp lawsuit

Employees at Wall Street services firm Broadridge Financial claim their bosses waited until it was time to distribute bonuses that people had earned for fiscal year 2009 before explaining the full monies wouldn’t be paid out, according to a class-action lawsuit filed in Brooklyn federal court.

Broadridge claimed the suit was “without merit.”
