Catering queen and socialite Serena Bass (pictured) has just bought a charming townhouse in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood for $860,000.

The four-story home at 229 Macon St. was built in 1910. Currently configured as a two-family home, it has six bedrooms and two bathrooms. Douglas Elliman broker Kathleen Perkins represented Bass in the deal.

Bass once ran the famed Serena’s at the Chelsea Hotel. She plans to hold catering and cooking classes in the townhouse.

Her ex-husband is David Shaffer, the British-born head of child psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian. Their son, Joe Shaffer, bought the townhouse for Bass.

Heller yeah!

Celebrity talent manager Mike Heller, who works with stars like Lindsay Lohan and Mariah Carey, is renting his fully furnished five-floor Murray Hill townhouse at 124 E. 36th St. for a snazzy $30,500 a month. The listing brokers are Arie Abadi and Cyrus Eyn of Platinum Properties.

The 16-room home, which Heller bought in 2004 for $3.18 million, is being offered as two separate spaces for a complete live/work environment — an office space on the first two floors and private quarters on the top three floors.

The 3,700-square-foot residence has five bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, along with more than 550 square feet of private outdoor space across four terraces. It comes with two eat-in kitchens and four working fireplaces.

There’s also an option to rent it unfurnished for $25,000 a month.

We recently delivered the news about Bruce Willis moving back to the Upper West Side, buying a fourth-floor unit at the storied Eldorado. We can now tell you that Willis is in contract on the three-bedroom, four-bathroom home that is being sold by U2’s Adam Clayton, the celebrated bass player and high school pal of Bono, who also once lived at the the Eldorado.

Clayton was originally asking $8.69 million last year for the co-op, which includes a 38-foot-long gallery, a formal dining room and stunning views of Central Park.

That brokers Elizabeth Sample, Brenda Powers and Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s will be selling one of the city’s most unique and priceless apartments. The stunning triplex, with a ballroom atop the Pierre hotel, is expected to be priced above $120 million if the seller — the widow of investor Martin Zweig — goes with the “reasonable” formula of $10,000-a-square-foot. The apartment is expected to hit the market next month.
