Wedding planner divorce

There will be no happily ever after for this celebrity wedding planner.

David Tutera, whose reality TV show, “My Fair Wedding,” is in its fifth season, is splitting from his husband and former business partner, The Post has learned.

The debonair Tutera tied the knot with Ryan Jurica at a lavish civil ceremony in a candle-lit 17th-century church in Vermont in 2003.

Tutera planned Star Jones’ nuptials and has orchestrated celebrations for Elton John and Jennifer Lopez.

Jurica, the vice president of Tutera’s event empire, wants sole custody of the couple’s yet-to-be-born twins, possession of their 3,500-square-foot, Greek Revival Connecticut home, their Ford Thunderbird and Infiniti QX and alimony.

A surrogate is carrying the boy and girl twins, whose expected birth date is July 1.

“David can’t use his power and prestige and personality to deny Ryan his entitlements,” said Jurica’s lawyer Bettina Hindin, a noted divorce attorney who specializes in same-sex family law.

Jurica filed for divorce in Stamford, Conn., Superior Court on April 17.

A rep for Tutera called the split a “personal matter.”
