A transsexual actress who had a bit part in Sacha Baron Cohen’s “The Dictator” was arrested for phoning death threats to her husband’s alleged mistress, officials charged yesterday.
“I will kill you and get you fired,” Victoria Beltran, 34, said in a phone call to her husband’s Rikers Island colleague, according to court papers. “I will f- -k you up.”
Beltran, who was charged Wednesday with aggravated harassment in Bronx court, still had her claws out for the woman yesterday.
“I’m more a woman than she’ll ever be!” said Beltran, who had the sex change at age 15.
The dramatic “love triangle” came to a head in January, when Beltran suspected an affair after finding a $500 charge for spa treatments on the couple’s credit card statement.
She called the Trump SoHo spa and found out her hubby, Brett Bergmann, booked the appointments with Katarzyna Sakowicz.
The furious wife then reached out to Sakowicz on Rikers Island, where she and Bergmann work as mental-health professionals.
She peppered Sakowicz with voicemails and text messages — and the woman finally reported it to authorities on Jan. 31.
“Just mark my words when it all comes back to you and the s–t hits the fan in your relationship with him you’re going to remember me,” Beltran said in one. “He can lie to you all he wants.”
Beltran also ripped into her husband, who is now divorcing her.
“He’s a cheater, he’s a liar, he’s a user, he’s a cheap . . . bastard,” she said in one voicemail.
There’s even a spat between the two women about whether Bergmann knew Beltran was born a man.
Sakowicz said she never had an affair with her Rikers co-worker and only got close to him after his wife broke the news about her sex change.
“She was worried that, being in ‘The Dictator,’ it was going to get out that she had a sex change as a teenager,” Sakowicz told The Post. “She sat him down, I’m not sure when, but that’s when he said he was done with the relationship.”
Beltran, however, said her husband was aware of her operation from the beginning of the relationship.
“He knew the whole time,” she said. “Brett never had a problem with my past.”
