She wants out.

The small-time actress who ratted out her husband in the Mayor Bloomberg-President Obama ricin probe — only to have him turn around and blame her — told The Post yesterday that she’s divorcing the bum.

“He told them we filed [for divorce], but we haven’t yet. But after all this, I will be soon,” said Shannon Rogers Guess.

Guess, 36, told cops that she found suspected ricin in their fridge, leading to the arrest of her husband, Nathaniel Richardson, sources have said.

Her son, Brenden Guess, 19, told The Post that his mother was paranoid that her husband was trying to poison her with ricin.

“She thought he was injecting it into her food and drinks,” he said, adding that she became suspicious after discovering on his computer an order for castor beans, from which ricin is derived.

“She told me she was trying to be as careful as possible. She didn’t eat unless it was straight from the store to her hand, basically.”

Investigators couldn’t find enough evidence to hold Richardson, the sources said.

He denied he did it, and blamed his wife — who has played a zombie in “The Walking Dead” TV series — for the deadly plot, according to the sources.

Guess, caring for her kids as authorities combed through her house, ripped her husband yesterday.

“He’s racist and hates Obama. Everyone knows that,” she said.

She also denied her husband’s claims that she was the one behind the poison-laced letters, which were sent last week to Bloomberg and Obama.

“I didn’t do anything. That’s absolutely not true,” she said.

When asked what kind of husband Nathaniel is, she replied, “Not a good one.”

Authorities interviewed her Friday at a federal courthouse.

Agents and hazmat teams last night finished going through the family home, and local cops posted a notice saying the place had been condemned.

Richardson told investigators that his wife claimed to have found the ricin after returning home from being away for a few days, and that they were going through a divorce.

But Guess said she never left town and had only discussed ending the marriage.

“I didn’t go anywhere. I’m laughing at some of the stuff I’m reading,” she said as she took her four kids to lunch at McDonald’s.

She wouldn’t talk about what she told police about her husband.

Richardson has declined to comment, and was holed up yesterday at his parents’ home in Maud, Texas.

“We don’t want to talk about this at all,” said his mom, Katherine Richardson.

Nathaniel used to live with his parents, a neighbor said. “They get down back there. I used to hear automatics going off all the time. We’d hear ‘Pop! Pop! Pop!’ They shoot into the woods,” said Ricky Hilton, 54.

A family friend said Nathaniel previously posted dozens of pictures of his guns — which have since been taken down — on his Facebook page.

The two letters were mailed from Shreveport, La., roughly a 1 1/2-hour drive from New Boston.

“You will have to kill me and my family before you get my guns,” read the letter sent to Bloomberg.
