A man wanted for robbing an Upper East Side bank is suspected of also hitting banks in three other parts of the borough, cops said.

He and an accomplice (both pictured here) allegedly struck the Wells Fargo branch on Broadway near 70th Street at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, passing notes to tellers and fleeing with cash, authorities said.

They ripped off the Doral branch on Park Avenue South and East 25th Street at 2:50 p.m. March 5 and the Valley National on Third Avenue near 88th Street at 3:40 p.m. Jan. 28, investigators said.

The first suspect is believed to be 5-foot-11 or 6-feet tall and had on a gray peacoat and a scarf during each of these four robberies.

Police are seeking whoever stole a pricey mountain bike in Williamsburg, sources said.

The security chain was clipped off the $2,100 black Trax bike on Roebling Street near Hope Street at about 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 25, sources said, and a cousin of the bike’s owner reported it stolen a week later.

A cabby cited for operating a taxi without a license went bananas and assaulted a TLC lieutenant in East New York, authorities said.

When the officer tried to seize the cab at about 11 p.m. Wednesday, Amadou Sow, 31, allegedly threw himself in front of it and threatened the officer with a cobblestone brick.

According to a court complaint, Sow did so while screaming, “I’m going to jail tonight! You’re gonna have to lock me up!”

He then allegedly traded the brick for a piece of wood with a jagged edge and yelled at the lieutenant, “Gimme back my car, or I’m gonna do something!”

Sow was arrested about an hour later and charged with, among other raps, menacing a police or peace officer, criminal possession of a weapon and attempted assault.

A bearded man with a boxcutter held up a Subway sandwich shop in Bushwick, police said.

He menaced a clerk at the restaurant on Myrtle Avenue near Bleecker Street at 6:20 a.m. on March 16 and escaped with cash, cops said.

He was last seen wearing a blue ski cap, jeans and a dark hoodie.

A 40-year-old man was fighting for his life last night after being struck by an SUV while crossing a Queens highway, cops said.

He was hit in the center lane on the northbound Van Wyck Expressway by a 2008 Toyota at about 8 p.m. Friday, the cops said.

EMS rushed the man to Jamaica Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, authorities said.

The driver, 52, stayed at the scene, and police said no criminality was suspected.

The Bronx

A 49-year-old off-duty NYPD maintenance worker was arrested and charged with DWI early yesterday, authorities said.

Police said civilian employee Albert Tarleton was taken into custody at about 1:45 a.m. in the Soundview section of the borough. No more specific address was provided.
