A 21-year-old man who had been arrested 25 times was found shot dead in Jamaica early yesterday, police sources said.

Roshane Morrison, shot in the torso at about 2:25 a.m. on 110th Avenue and 179th Place, died at Jamaica Hospital, cops said, adding that his many charges included criminal possession of a weapon.

Someone spray-painted a swastika on the garage of a Kew Garden Hills house, police sources said.

The hate symbol was found at the home on 147th Street and Jewel Avenue at about 11 a.m. yesterday, the sources said.

A man asked to try on a pricey watch at a Midtown store, then ran out the door with it, police said.

He entered the Tourneau watch store on East 57th Street near Madison Avenue at about 2:50 p.m. Saturday and asked to see Cartier’s Ballon Bleu model, authorities said.

With a sapphire crystal and a strap made of pink gold and steel, the timepiece retails for $8,100.

The thief was last seen running east on 56th Street, witnesses told cops.

The manager of a Midtown men’s clothing store chased down a man who had just stolen a coat from a display, authorities said.

John Harris, 47, entered Paul & Shark, on Madison Avenue near East 61st Street, at about 5:30 p.m. March 24, grabbed a $1,455 blue suede coat and ran out, a criminal complaint says.

The foot chase through traffic caused drivers to slam on the brakes until a cop nabbed Harris, the complaint says.

The coat was recovered, and a crack pipe was found in one of Harris’ pockets, authorities said.

Charges included grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

A man was arrested after refusing to pay for more than $200,000 in diamonds that he’d signed for when they were shipped to his Midtown apartment, authorities said.

Shlomo Gross, 39, allegedly ordered four diamonds valued at $226,003 through his employer and accepted shipment on Feb. 19 and 22, a Criminal Court complaint says.

But when contacted later for payment, he allegedly asked to be left alone.

He was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree grand larceny.

A man caught stuffing frozen shrimp into his jacket at a Melrose 99-cent store belted a clerk in the mouth with a metal rod, authorities said.

Carlos Felicier, 27, allegedly rummaged through a freezer at the store on East 74th Street near Walton Avenue at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, stopping only to fill his pockets.

When asked to pay up, Felicier allegedly attacked the clerk, who required stitches at a local hospital.

Felicier was charged with, among other things, robbery, assault and menacing.

A 53-year-old man was mugged for his wallet in Baychester, police said.

The suspect was said to be in his 30s, with a medium build and black hair and wore a black jacket, blue jeans and a red shirt.

Two men are in custody after allegedly yanking a pair of Michael Jordan sneakers off the feet of a man they’d just mugged.

David Stewart, 18, and Michael Hunt, 28, jumped the man on College Avenue near East 170th Street in Tremont at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, a court complaint states.

Charges against them include, among other things, criminal possession of stolen property, harassment and robbery.

Those darn fruit gummies kept calling to him.

Kaseem Walker, 49, allegedly stole a pack of the candy at the Ali King Deli, on Boston Road, at about 10:30 p.m. March 24 — then slugged a clerk in the face for calling the cops.

“I hate police!” he snarled, according to court papers. “I can take whatever I want from this store, and nobody’s gonna stop me!”

He was charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of stolen property.
