It’s a room with an amazing view.

Port Authority officials unveiled the mindblowing perspective from the World Trade Center’s new observatory this morning, a stunning panorama that envelopes the entire city and beyond.

Perched atop Manhattan’s tallest building, One World Observatory will open for business in 2015 and is expected to instantly become one of the tri-state’s major attractions for locals and tourists alike.

Developed by Legends, a sport and entertainment company owned and operated by the Yankees, Dallas Cowboys and Checketts Partners Investment Fund, the project hopes to make $875 million during its initial 15-year lease.

“In one of the most important buildings in the world, we’ll bring back the most important view in the world,” said Legends CEO Dave Checketts. “The top of this rising phoenix – a three-story observatory – will restore another aspect of the World Trade Center Towers – their phenomenal views.”

Guests will be thrust skyward on a 60-second elevator trip to floors 100 through 102 and be treated to theater presentations. Officials said the entire tour will last roughly one-hour.

PA Executive Director Patrick Foye would not disclose the planned admission price but said it would be comparable with other major attractions.

“Just like the rejuvenation of lower Manhattan after 9/11, this building will rise and be a symbol to the world of New York City’s might and capabilities,” said PA chairman David Samson.
