Geena Davis’ TNT pilot is a no-go

Geena Davis’ bounty hunter cable series has been killed.

TNT will not go forward with plans to air the show, in which Davis was set to star as a character inspired by real-life bounty hunter Mackenzie Green, according to deadline.com.

Sources told the site TNT decided to nix the series after watching the pilot.

Former “Men of a Certain Age” star Scott Bakula was to have co-starred with Davis, with a cast also including former “ER” star Gloria Reuben, Marsha Mason and Enrico Colantoni (“Just Shoot Me”).

Davis’ last starring series role was in “Commander in Chief” in 2006 (she played the president of the US).
