Cops are hunting a man (police sketch above) wanted in three rapes — including that of a 15-year-old girl, authorities said yesterday.

The fiend first struck on April 4 when he approached a 25-year-old woman in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, lured her to a parking lot and raped her about 9 p.m., cops said.

He struck twice on Thursday, first raping a 19-year-old woman in the driveway of a home in Canarsie at around 8 a.m.

The sicko later approached a 15-year-old girl inside an apartment building in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens at 8:15 p.m., lured her up to the sixth floor and raped her, police said.

Cops described the suspect as a black male in his 20s, about 5-foot-9 and between 160 and 180 pounds.

A catfight landed a Red Hook dog owner in a cage. The fur began flying at about 5 p.m. Wednesday as Heather Phelps, 46, walked her pup on Van Brunt Street near Verona Street, law- enforcement sources said.

Suddenly, a dog owned by Allison Conte, 53, ran out of an apartment building and attacked Phelps’ pooch, the sources said.

The two women immediately tried to break up the dogfight, only to get into a skirmish of their own — with Conte allegedly whipping Phelps in the arm and chest with her dog’s leash, according to the sources.

A tipsy and unlicensed driver took police on a high-speed chase over the Verrazano Bridge and zigzagged her way through Arrochar, authorities said.

The MTA Bridges and Tunnels cops turned on their siren after spotting Latoya Pouncey, 33, speeding on the bridge at 3:30 a.m. on April 6, but, rather than pull over, she sped off, according to a court complaint.

Pouncey raced around Arrochar at speeds at times approaching 75 mph, the complaint said.

She also allegedly tried to ram the squad car, jumped onto a sidewalk and blew a red light before finally pulling over on McClean Avenue near Sand Street.

She then tried to flee and struggled with the officers as they placed her under arrest, a source said.

Her .078 on a Breathalyzer test was just under the legal limit, the court complaint said, but she was charged with driving while ability impaired, reckless driving and resisting arrest, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

She initially refused to comply but changed her mind after the fiend grabbed the boy and threatened to hurt him, police said.
