A man was busted and charged yesterday with raping three young women, including a 15-year-old girl, cops said.

Dexter Bell, 23, was apprehended after a tip led cops to him. He allegedly raped a 25-year-old woman on April 4 in a parking lot in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

Police said he struck again on April 11, raping a 19-year-old woman in a driveway in Canarsie before raping a 15-year-old-girl in an apartment building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

In all of the attacks, Bell is said to have sweet-talked his victims, paying them compliments before luring them to a secluded location and raping them, cops said.

Bell is charged with rape, assault and robbery.

A gun-toting thief was busted in Bensonhurst after an app on the iPhone he stole pinpointed his location, authorities said.

Derrick Fredericks, 23, mugged a 14-year-old boy at New Utrecht Avenue and 84th Street Thursday at 7 p.m. — fleeing with the teen’s cellphone and $400, cops said.

The boy’s father quickly alerted police, who then used the dad’s iPhone to track the stolen phone, cops said.

Officers less than a mile away at 16th and Cropsey avenues responded to the radio call and captured the career criminal just 20 minutes after the robbery, cops said.

Fredericks, who has 19 prior arrests, was charged with robbery, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing, among other charges, cops said.

Police recovered the stolen cash from the crook’s pocket and found the stolen phone along with a .25 caliber semi-automatic pistol in a nearby garbage can, cops said.

Manhattan

Cops are still searching for the “lollipop bandit” wanted for trying to rob a Midtown bank as well as a string of other robberies.

The suspect (below) walked into the Chase bank on Seventh Avenue and West 37th Street on March 8 at about 10 a.m. and handed the teller a demand note, law-enforcement sources said.

When the banker stalled, the crook took off with only a handful of lollipops, sources said.

He then went to FedEx on West 35th Street and finally to IHOP on Varick Street, where he fled with an unknown sum of cash, cops said.

He tried his luck one last time at a Modell’s on Broadway but ended up fleeing empty-handed, cops said.

Police describe the suspect as 5-foot-7 and 160 pounds.

Queens

Police are looking for a man (sketch above) who robbed and groped a 14-year-old girl in a Forest Hills building elevator.

The pervy thief followed the girl into the elevator and demanded she hand over her phone, money and jewelry at 3:40 p.m. Thursday, cops said.

The suspect groped the teen as he searched her before fleeing with her cellphone.

Cops are looking for a black man in his 30s, about 6-foot-3 and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a bright red hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a thief wanted for mugging and attacking a woman in a Rego Park apartment building, authorities said.

The brute followed the 25-year-old victim into her building on Wetherole Street Tuesday at 1 p.m., police said.

The suspect (above) then punched the woman in the face and grabbed her wallet, police said.

The victim received hosptal treatment for minor injuries, law-enforcement authorities said.

Staten Island

A home health aide was arrested for stealing from a New Springville woman in her care, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

Carmen Cruz, 45, was charged with grand larceny after she allegedly swiped more than $20,000 from the 56-year-old patient’s bank accounts, according to law-enforcement sources.

Cruz was arraigned Thursday and is being held in jail on $2,000 bail, according to a court database.
