Donald Trump won a court battle yesterday against a licensing firm that wanted the mogul to fork over a commission on his Macy’s clothing line.
Judge Eileen Bransten ruled the billionaire didn’t have to pay Manhattan-based company ALM Licensing fees for securing a deal with apparel giant PVH because there was never a valid contract.
A Trump spokesman called the victory a “knockout blow.”
Jay Itkowitz, attorney for ALM, said he was “extremely disappointed.”
