It’s Kanye’s latest hit.
The usually-suave rapper got a nasty knock to the head today when he tried to duck the paparazzi’s lens — and ran straight into a street sign.
The collision occurred as West and his baby mama Kim Kardashian were swarmed by photogs while walking in Beverly Hills. When the rapper tried to rush past them, head bowed, he crashed head-first into a metal parking lot sign, TMZ reports.
An angry West clasped his hand to his head and bent over in pain.
“You OK Kanye?” photographers can be heard asking, in footage of the incident.

West briefly shouts at a photog to “stop taking f—ing pictures, man,” before it appeared that he calmed down and walked away.
But this being Kanye West, after all, video recently surfaced showing the hothead stayed true to form and did launch into an expletive-filled tirade against another photographer, who meekly protested, “I just got here.”
That photographer even tries to offer an olive branch, saying, “If you want me to leave, I’ll leave, Kanye.”
West has famously blown up at photographers in the past: In 2008, he smashed a shutterbug’s camera at LAX, and last October he slapped a woman’s camera in Miami, TMZ reported. The rap star later apologized to the woman.
